Unideai Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Unideai purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds:

✅ Full Refunds Available For:

• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached

• Items in original packaging with no signs of use

• Defective or damaged items upon delivery

❌ Non-Refundable Items:

• Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" at checkout)

• Used, washed, or altered items

• Items without original tags/packaging

Refund Process:

1. Request a Return: Email us at service@unideai.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Approval: We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the Item Back: Send it to our warehouse within 7 days of approval.

4. Refund Issued: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

✅ Yes! You can exchange for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

How to Exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email service@unideai.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Specify New Item: Let us know what you’d like instead.

3. Return Original Item: Ship it back in unworn condition with tags.

4. Receive Your Exchange: We’ll process the new item once we receive your return.

Note: If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Email service@unideai.com within 3 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue.

2. Resolution Options:

   • Replacement: We’ll send a new item (if available).

   • Refund: Full refund if replacement isn’t possible.

3. Return Instructions: We may ask you to return the defective item (we cover return shipping).

4. Important Notes

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged.

• Processing Time: Refunds/exchanges may take 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

• International Orders: Duties/taxes are non-refundable.
